So, How Did the Workshop Go?

Pretty good, if I do say so myself. Small group, but it turned out to be just the right size - everyone was able to participate and get their questions answered, which is the whole point. Hansens' cake - vanilla buttercream frosting over vanilla cake with chocolate-chip and vaniall frosting between the layers - rocked.
